Nice song and dance number of Elvis with the little orphan slave girl. I enjoy watching Elvis's movies and of course loved his music. Besides being obviously quite handsome, he had a great baritone singing voice and a lot of charisma. I'm sure that little local actress (Vicki Malkin from L.A.) along with her family was totally delighted and honored she had won that role to act alongside the ultra-famous King of Rock & Roll.

How can I still be so sad over the loss of this incredible man? Its been 45 years and my heart still aches everytime I watch Elvis perform. I wish I could just be happy for the joy he brought us, but my joy is always overshadowed knowing how much more he had to give...and... I believe, how much more he WANTED to give. I dont think he'd have made this last tour if that's not what was in his heart. Damn, what a man. There will never be another.
